Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Agreement

Caroma Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Caroma Affiliate Program, managed by Xuangmuk Online PLT ! 

Below are the essential terms and conditions for participating in our program:

1. Affiliate Obligations

  • Social Media Promotion: As an affiliate, you are required to promote Caroma products on your social media platforms. Each promotional post must appropriately tag Caroma's social media profiles and use the designated hashtags provided by us.

2. Product Samples

  • If you receive product samples for promotion, you must include promotional tagging of Caroma and utilize the specified hashtags in each corresponding post.

3. Commission and Payments

  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid during the first week of each month, reflecting sales from the previous month.
  • Payment Conditions: Commissions are payable on transactions that are successfully completed and not returned within seven (7) days of the purchase. Adjustments for returns processed after commission payments will be made in the following payment cycle.

4. Modifications to the Terms

  • Xuangmuk Online PLT reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the commission rates, payment procedures, and other program details.

5. Term and Termination

  • This agreement is effective upon your enrollment in the Affiliate Program and can be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Xuangmuk Online PLT and its parent company Caroma Cafe Food (M) Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

7. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/state where Xuangmuk Online PLT is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By joining the Caroma Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
