Colombia GOLD is 100% Colombian instant coffee made of Arabica by using the freeze-dried technology, when coffee is subjected to the impact of low temperatures in vacuum conditions that allow retention of the natural properties of the product. Due to this, Colombia GOLD grants a perfect aroma of natural coffee and a balanced.

Freeze-drying our Colombia coffee ensures that the flavors and nutrients of our beans are preserved, giving you a cup of coffee that is deliciously dark and rich in intense aroma. There is no sugar added and can enjoy closer to fresh-brewed coffee.

Freeze-drying is a key stage in instant coffee production. Coffee beans are first roasted and ground, then dissolved into hot water. After filtration, the coffee extract is dried to get the solid soluble coffee. The liquor is frozen to about -40°C to form a thin layer that is then broken into tiny pieces.

Preparation in Hot/ Panas:

Add 300ml 80 °C water + 1 Teaspoons Coffee Powder +stir well and enjoy.

Preparation in Cold/ Sejuk:

Add 250ml 80 °C water + 1 Teaspoons Coffee Powder +stir well and enjoy. Added some ice and enjoy.

Remarks: Add on your own Fresh Milk, creamer, and sugar if desired.
